Domenyk Noonan , recently released from prison , on Aytoun Street in Manchester, recreating the moment when he was detained with members of his gang , at the same spot in Manchester City Centre , on 9th August 2011 , during a night of riots and looting in the city . The area was the scene of looting and rioting on 9th August 2011 , during which Noonan was arrested . Noonan has announced he plans to sue the police over the arrest .
